Remember, it will cost about $ 250.00 per year. What I do is that it is a nonprofit organization () as a church, you can receive donations and give to others who are taxed without.

What was once the name of the club, simply add a cross in the icon, then nobody can say no and the organization.

Go to your local court and ask companies like .= DBA. (Club name, org.).

Here is the link you need.

National Confederation Ask your local club to ensure they are punished in the first place. Club for a M / C or a motorcycle club and all clubs should be sanctioned by the Confederation and of my being a leap in the wrong place and time. Be respectful and you should have no problem.

Depending on what state you in, you can go to a lawyer or you can copy the website of the State and go to download forms. Make sure you read all instructions first and make sure also documents required by the Constitution, such as obtaining an ON, if necessary, so order minutes per year, a book, etc.
